‘How would I show up if I was the world's best boss?’ That was on my mind, as a result of completing the altMBA again.
I've reviewed the program before, highlighting its ability to open your eyes to all the possibilities out there, while equipping you with the tools to grab those. This is what I would prioritise for my team, if I was given the title of the ‘world's best boss’:
But it is not only what I would do to make sure my team felt good and performed strongly. Showing up entails modeling the behaviour too, so I would start with myself. And what better time than the present? Stay inspired. Keep inspiring.

These are usually the strong people who love life and enjoy being part of this crazy journey. They allow life to stream through them and paint them with its colours.
Even when a difficult moment darkens their palette, their strength continues to shine through. And that shine is what illuminates the darkness once again. And that light, in turn, makes them the most beautiful people you'd ever know, cloaked in the most vibrant energy there is. Stay inspired. Keep inspiring.
