No need to explain why, I’m sure.

Rest - rest is an important part of the creative process, so if I want my team to perform well, I will insist they rest well too.

Celebrate the milestones - I personally am terrible at celebrating. So what better way to learn how to do that but in the company of some good people that fought to win side by side.

Leap (more than once) - the first time you leap into the unknown is both scary and exhilarating. Doing it often is the way to strengthen that muscle.

Keep on learning - we never know enough and falling in love with the quest to understanding more is important for any team and team member.

Cherish being a beginner - this directly ties to learning and leaping - these processes would make you a beginner over and over again - I'd want my team to embrace it.

But it is not only what I would do to make sure my team felt good and performed strongly. Showing up entails modeling the behaviour too, so I would start with myself. And what better time than the present?

Stay inspired. Keep inspiring.

Beautiful People

https://www.atamagdalina.com/musings/beautiful-people

https://www.atamagdalina.com/musings/beautiful-people#comments

Uncategorized

These are usually the strong people who love life and enjoy being part of this crazy journey. Sometimes, what seems clear to you may not be understood by others. Try again, slower, better accommodating the other’s perspective. The results will soon follow, and a beautiful "side effect" is the trust you build along the way.

Be patient: Many life experiences teach us patience, but nothing reminds you to be more patient like a young child or a puppy. Apply this patience in other aspects of your life as well.

Let go of control: While some control over an animal is necessary, there are many things you simply can't control. Embracing this can set you free and help you accept what happens around you more readily.

Accept change: Welcoming a dog, especially a puppy, into your home after having a senior dog is a significant change. Embrace this beautiful transition instead of clinging to the past. Accept things as they are now, and enjoy that, as this is what you called for with your decision.

Be grateful for the journey: The entire journey, even the challenging parts, is beautiful. Remind yourself of this gift and fully enjoy it.

Stay inspired.
