Foreign landscapes can feel like home when you connect with your surroundings. When you accept them as a natural part of you, because you belong to this world and all it encompasses.
Whether foreign or familiar, it's all part of our one and only home. Stay inspired. Keep inspiring. P.S. Written on the bullet train, somewhere in Japan. When you encounter your limits, do you bravely charge forward or take a step back?
Asking for a friend... If you're the brave type, what do you tell yourself before diving into the unknown? Before experiencing something unprecedented in your life story. It must feel amazing to be brave. How would the rest of us know... Stay inspired. Keep inspiring. Moments turn into memories so quickly that we often don't even realise it. If every moment could become a core memory, should we strive to make each one count?
Or is this the essence of life — navigating through moments, uncertain about which ones will remain etched in our memory? As if every moment isn't already invaluable. Stay inspired. Keep inspiring. Why do you suddenly want to change? What agent of change has provoked you?
What does this mean in the long term? What benefits or obstacles might arise upon entering this new phase? What will this commitment require from you, and are you prepared for that toll? Stay inspired. Keep inspiring. It seems that when we have to think of an idea on the fly, they all escape us. But if we give ourselves time, or create a system to capture them when they come, we end up with plenty.

Your act of choosing demonstrates strength. Stay inspired. Keep inspiring. It is nice to have goals and aspirations. But they don't mean much if they are not wrapped with an action plan and a clear understanding of the benefits, foreseeing obstacles, and enrolling people to become a part of it.
If that sounds like too much to do, you don't really want the change. Stay inspired. Keep inspiring. Maintaining focus and persevering daily can be challenging. Sometimes, continuing these daily posts feels like a burden and a chore. Some days, I see no point in persisting.
However, on most days, it provides more than a reward. It signifies progress. It represents practice and can even become my single win for the day. Even when I feel like an imposter. Keep the practice alive. Stay inspired. Keep inspiring. On a few occasions, I've received negative feedback that I wished had been delivered more subtly. A method that wouldn’t trigger my defenses, but rather, would make me open up and listen.
Then, I give myself the harshest critiques and expect myself to listen. I know we all do this, and realise how unfortunate it is. Whenever I catch myself beating myself with an invisible, yet painful stick, I try to find the inner strength to forgive and then turn it around to look for the positives in the situation. We can be our biggest critics or our best cheerleaders. It truly helps to act towards ourselves as we would towards those we love the most. And to learn to love ourselves the most. Stay inspired. Keep inspiring. When noise surrounds us, we drown our own voice. Our truth lies suffocated, and it's only a matter of time until the rest of us begins to break too.
For whom are you keeping quiet? For what are you expending your energy? Stay inspired. Keep inspiring. Facing the tiger's eye had become a daily routine. She roared back in return, moving forward with conviction.
The ability to handle the intense stare, the fear, and the dread, yet act anyway, was a win she celebrated each day. The tiger was her reflection in the mirror, as we are the only ones who truly stand in our own way. Stay inspired. Keep inspiring. |
