Musings
My writing space. A blog, if you will, on what I learn from the school of life.
Picking a fruit from a tree, and eating it while walking among the dancing grass moved by the light breeze - that's what being one with nature means to me. Hearing the cheerful songs of birds, savouring each bite from the rich fruit, and mindfully treading under the warm sunlight. It is all I need each morning to centre me and make me feel full of life.
And that slice of heaven exists in a pocket of nature, surrounded by a concrete jungle that we have come to believe is our natural home. Home, in fact, can exist in both places. We don't have to choose, we can combine them in a way that give us peace. That tranquillity is our true home. Stay inspired. Keep inspiring. But they exist. In my park, there are a few trees with dark-red leaves starting spring. A short search on the Internet told me that it might be a sort of Red Maple.
It is a tree so different from all the lush green and bubbly bright colours of everything around it. Only in the colours of the autumn does it feel at home. There are seasons when the different belong, but only to realise that they need their odd spotlight to be themselves. Stay inspired. Keep inspiring. |
