Yet as we grow in our careers, and life, we realise how much we don’t know. Often we’d just fake it ‘till we learn on the job from someone generous enough to share the tricks of the trade. But can such a modus operandi take us as far as we wish to go? Real talk - yes, it could. With enough charisma, willingness, and drive, one could achieve many career goals. Often, the more you achieve, the slimmer your desire to keep learning gets. And this is where you’d be making a mistake. It’s important to remember that you could reach so much higher if you don’t forgo your upskilling. And let’s not forget, it will make you a relevant leader if you’ve already hit the top.
