My writing space. A blog, if you will, on what I learn from the school of life.
Each situation requires us to choose which part of ourselves we will reveal and which we will hide.
This doesn't make us fake, unaware, or unhappy about the ways we define ourselves. It makes us professional and selfless. But first, we need to know all our personalities well and love them all. Stay inspired. Keep inspiring. Sometimes, I travel to escape. To breathe in different air, to discover something new and different.
I always find all that, and a little piece of myself - an old one hiding or a new one ready to blossom. The search is always worth it. Stay inspired. Keep inspiring. Death lives within us from the moment we are born.
It is up to us to fight for life each day we are on this side. Stay inspired. Keep inspiring. We all love a good recipe. Most of the time, recipes are easy to follow, tried and tested - nothing to worry about. Unless something goes wrong. Or an ingredient is missing.
Suddenly it becomes difficult, especially if we don't understand the basic principles of cooking. The same principle applies to life. Don't blindly follow someone else's recipe. Make sure you understand the principles so that you can soon break down any recipe into its basics and rebuild it as you see fit. Stay inspired. Keep inspiring. P.S. Inspired by Ozan Varol’s book Awaken Your Genius. How does your worst day or week appear in the grand scheme of things? The pain can be excruciating, but it's also temporary, much like every other phase in life.
You move forward, heavy at first, battered and bruised, until you catch a glimpse of the sun once more and remember that you are still alive. Awakening to life is a choice you have to make. And the only way to end a bad phase and start a better one. Stay inspired. Keep inspiring. Pathfinders are guides without whom our kind would be lost. The big thinkers and innovators are the first people we think of in that category.
We have teachers, mentors, and leaders we interact with every day that are pathfinders too. But at the end of the day, we need to find our own path. We are not often going to be explicitly invited to do so, but we should actively seek it. Curiosity will open more opportunities than we ever thought would be possible. And then new paths would open up, inviting us to search deeper within. Stay inspired. Keep inspiring. I am good at my job, until I sit in front of the computer. Then I become a worker obsessed with the spec.
Maintaining empathy and a sense of care becomes challenging during the process. Both resistance and ingrained expectations come into play. And I revert back to the same old patterns, quickly forgetting all my good intentions for change. Self-awareness and taking it one step at a time are the strategies I am hoping will work. So that I can become the best at my job, but mostly so that I grow into the professional I aspire to be. Stay inspired. Keep inspiring. From a young age, we are taught about the concepts of black and white, right and wrong, and good and bad. This duality is presented as if it's the fundamental nature of the world.
Yet, the world is full of nuances, subtle peculiarities, gradual changes, and varying degrees of variability. Take a closer look at the nuances that exist in your daily life, within your work, and in your relationships. They are what holds true significance. Stay inspired. Keep inspiring. Thoughts shape our reality. Yet, we leave very few moments for to flush out the filler ones leaving space for the legitimate to take root.
Time alone without distraction and writing and two good ways to see what should stay and what should go. If our reality takes shape in our heads, we should exercise better thought hygiene. Stay inspired. Keep inspiring. We keep the best pictures curating our lived experiences to memories that would look ideal.
Later in life, pictures help us remember what once was. But they overshadow the memory of everything else in between these shots. Take pictures of the mundane. You will not regret experiencing life as it was, not only the most exceptional of moments. Stay inspired. Keep inspiring. |
